10-Story MXU Planned in Columbus’ Short North District

Dublin, OH-based Crawford Hoying plans to develop 800 North High, a 10-story mixed-use project in Columbus, OH. Construction at the Short North district site is slated to begin later this fall and be completed in Spring 2019.

The development will be co-anchored by a Marriott flagged, 118-room Moxy Hotel, and includes 45,000-square-feet of office space. It will feature multiple open terraces, an open-air rooftop bar and a 7,000-square-foot ground-floor restaurant that opens to High Street.

Crawford Hoying’s Brent Crawford says, “We are excited to contribute to a place like the Short North. With the diversity of people and businesses, we are eager to elevate the experience for those who love the area as much as we do.”
