Ten-X completed a record-breaking year of hospitality transaction activity, reporting this week it closed 117 hotel transactions with sales proceeds exceeding $461 million. That volume nearly doubled its sector performance of $256.3 million the previous year.
The online real estate company completed deals in key hotel markets across the U.S., with heavy concentration on asset sales east of the Mississippi.
• Florida: 18 hotel assets for $128.2 million transaction volume
• Georgia: 17 for $34.9 million
