Luxury, Casual Retailers Join Lido Isle Village

DJM Capital continues to attract an enviable list of “laid back luxe” retailers to Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach. The waterfront retail center, first developed in 1971, is now undergoing a restoration by DJM Capital Partners, also the developer behind Pacific City in Huntington Beach.

DJM Capital Partners’ Lindsay Parton says the redevelopment vision was to “create something very special.” That meant appealing to a discerning, local audience via a sophisticated collection of stores, restaurants and experiences that mirror Orange County’s lifestyle and location overlooking Newport Harbor.

The nine most recent tenants added to the mix at the 116,000-square-foot mixed-use village at the entrance to Lido Isle include:

• Faherty
• Elyse Walker
• Black Optical
• Serena & Lily
• Clare V. Newport Beach
• Bailey44
• Planet Blue
• Designer Jenni Kayne
• Alchemy Works: Harbor House
