A partnership led by The Retail Connection obtained $105 million to refinance the Village at Cumberland Park, a 649,636-square-foot, Class A regional retail center in Tyler, TX. The 36-month, floating-rate loan comes from Bank of America. Jim Curtin with HFF led the debt placement team that obtained the loan; HFF worked in conjunction with Joseph Monteleone with Q10|Triad Capital Advisors.
Situated at Broadway Avenue and SH Loop 49 toll road, Village at Cumberland Park consists of 14 buildings. The tenant roster includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, Nike, Bath & Body Works, Burlington, Studio Movie Grill, T.J.Maxx, H&M and Old Navy. Construction on the center launched in 2014, and one small development phase remains.
