Houston-based Stone Mountain Properties acquired the Beltway 8 Office Flex Center, 116,700 square feet of office and warehouse space on Sam Houston Parkway, south of Bissonnet St. The property consists of a 10-acre site, which holds four multitenant office/industrial buildings, and parking.
LandPark Advisors LLC’s Peter Wall and CCIM’s Bill McGrath represented Stone Mountain in the deal. LandPark is also expected to provide property management and leasing services for the property.
“This property caught our attention due to the diverse, nationally recognized tenant mix,” said McGrath. “Southwest (Houston) is especially a sought-after destination for local businesses, given the immediate proximity to Interstate 69 and Beltway 8.”
