Sunrock Groves Ranch in Hendry County, FL has traded hands for $14,154,115. The 1,675-acre property, located in LaBelle, is a large citrus grove, producing a variety of oranges, tangelos, and grapefruit. The property east of Fort Myers is improved with a substantial irrigation drip system and approved Southwest Florida Water Management Districts water permits through 2029.

SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate’s Brian Beasley, CCA, CNLM, and Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, handled the sale.

“Sunrock Groves is ideally located for citrus and sugarcane production,” said Beasley. “However, the buyer of the land will probably use it for industrial uses sometime in the near future, possibly solar panels for electricity.”
