Santa Barbara, CA-based Fore Property Co. received planning commission approval on The Vintner, a 182-unit multifamily project in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The proposed development also includes more than 7,600 square feet of commercial space, and is expected to begin an 18-month construction timeline in Q2 2017.
The developer is in escrow on the two-parcel, roughly five-acre site at Hermosa Ave. and Foothill Blvd. The Vintner will be one of the first projects aligned with the city’s new mixed-use development standards, designed to promote compact, high-quality luxury projects.
The four-story apartment building, which will offer some work-live units, features a courtyard with a pool, as well as a clubhouse, an indoor fitness center, entertainment patio, enclosed dog park and pet washing facility. A rooftop skydeck will have seating, a communal table, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities and fireplace.
