Developer Bruce Makowsky shared an exclusive peek behind the $250-million mansion he built in Bel Air, CA. The speculative project, with panoramic views of SoCal, is now the most expensive listing in the U.S.
Included in the selling price for the four-level, 38,000-square-foot home are a seven-member staff, $30 million car collection, infinity pool and 20-foot outdoor TV. The home has 12 bedroom suites, 21 bathrooms, five bars, three gourmet kitchens, a spa, 40-seat theatre and a bowling alley.
Makowsky said the project took four years to build, and delivers extravagance and sensory overload designed to capture the attention of billionaire buyers.
The Williams Estates team of Branden Williams, Rayni Williams and Ben Bacal is handling the listing.
