St. Andrews Apartments LLC, owner of the 336-unit St. Andrews Apartments, obtained $26.2 million to refinance the property at 4249 N. Commerce St. in North Las Vegas. Scott Monroe, with NorthMarq Capital, arranged the 35-year amortization loan through its FHA/HUD platform.
The property has one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 711 to 1,100 square feet. Onsite amenities include a pool and covered/garage parking.
