Early Bird Alert: Connect Apartments is planned September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

Salt Development commenced construction of Hardware Village, a $275-million, mixed-use residential and office development in Salt Lake City. The four-building project will feature 466 luxury multifamily units and 260,000 square feet of office space, located at 400 West between North Temple Street and 200 North.

Salt Development’s Thomas Vegh says, “Hardware District is the perfect complement to 4th West Apartments and the Salt Lake Hardware Building, as it provides a sense of community with first-class living and working amenities.”

The seven-story Hardware West building features 265 residential units, including a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms, as well as two-story brownstone townhomes. The 10-story 200,000-square-foot Hardware Station office building will be seven floors of Class A space above a three-story, 800-stall parking podium.

Completion of the Hardware West building is scheduled for February 2018, while the Hardware East building is slated for delivery August 2018.
