2nd Street USA Sets Up Shop in Chelsea

Vintage second-hand clothing store 2nd Street USA has inked a new 5,400-square-foot lease in at 142 W. 26th St. in Chelsea. 2nd Street USA will occupy 3,700 square feet on the ground floor and 1,700 square feet of basement space for a 10 ½ year term.

CBRE’s Eric Gelber and Jordan Kaplan represented the landlord, 142 West 26th Street Corp., in the negotiations.

“We are thrilled to welcome 2nd Street USA to Chelsea at 142 W. 26th St.,” said Kaplan. “The landlord and tenant were deeply committed to finalizing the transaction despite obstacles brought on by the pandemic. With a portfolio of over 500 successful stores in Japan, we anticipate that 2nd Street USA will thrive in their newest New York City location.”

2nd Street USA was represented by NKF’s Andrew Connolly and Jake Siegel.
