300-Room Hotel Proposed in Indian Wells

Irvine, CA-based TMC Group proposed development of a 300-room hotel in Indian Wells, CA that blends residential condos with conventional hotel rooms. The 10-acre site, located near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden at Highway 111 and Miles Avenue, would also include development of 60 to 80 condos that would be managed by the hotel as vacation rentals.

The concept includes multi-bedroom villas and hotel rooms that appeal to multi-generational travelers. The rooms offer the space and privacy found in short-term rentals, along with higher standards typically found in a hotel property.

Construction is expected to commence in early 2018, and deliver in 2019 or 2020. The project would be developed by TMC and Chicago-based Fogelson Group.
