$364M Anaheim Stadium MF Approved

Multifamily housing developer, JPI received unanimous city approval for Jefferson Stadium Park, a 17.6-acre site located in the Anaheim, CA’s Platinum Triangle. The Texas-based company plans to break ground in December 2016 on a $364-million, 1079-unit luxury apartment community.

In addition to a 1.1-acre public park, and 14,600 square feet of community-oriented retail space, the development is directly adjacent to Angel Stadium and will offer easy access to Anaheim’s Regional Transportation Intermodal Center. It will also sit next to LT Global Investment’s LT Platinum Center, of which Randy Jefferson (Exec. Director Project Development) will speak on at Connect Orange County.

JPI’s Heidi Mather says “Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle is a model for development efforts that encourage new projects, enhancing quality living experiences for the community.”

This is the second project for JPI in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. Currently under construction is the $120 million Jefferson Platinum Triangle, a 400-unit luxury apartment community.
