Hall Structured Finance closed a loan totaling $37.7 million to finance construction of the 326-unit Millennium at Citrus Ridge Apartments in Kissimmee, FL. The project developer is DLC Residential.
Millennium at Citrus Ridge will be built on U.S. Highway 192, two miles away from Walt Disney World. The average size of the apartments will be 1,000 square feet. A construction launch date has not been announced.
“The Millennium at Citrus Ridge opportunity was a great fit for our company, given the strength of sponsorship, attractive location just two miles from Walt Disney World and the proven performance of high quality, suburban apartments in the Orlando market,” said Mike Jaynes, president of Hall Structured Finance. “We believe this project will be very successful, and look forward to seeing construction begin.”
