DCG Fulfillment signed a 410,006-square-foot lease in an industrial building owned by Liberty Property Trust located at 10721 Jasmine St. in Fontana, CA. NGKF’s Ron Washle and Mark Kegans represented the owner, as well as the tenant in the 74-month lease.
Washle said, “The Inland Empire market has remained strong, as tenants continue to expand. Looking ahead, we see continued positive net absorption, more new construction, and record high growth in lease rates.”
The Ontario, CA-based third party logistics provider has experienced significant growth recently. This facility will be an expansion of the family-owned operations’ current four-warehouse portfolio.
The company’s background as a major domestic manufacturer of consumer products has helped fuel its growth as a logistics provider. It understands the value of accurate and on-time shipping, as well as compliance needs relating to charge backs.
