3PL Relocates into 442K-SF Facility in Rialto

Connect Industrial is heading to Chicago, June 28th. Here’s where to get more details and register.

Radial signed a 63-month lease valued at $11.6 million for 441,675 square feet of industrial space at at 2225 North Alder Ave. in Rialto, CA. CBRE’s Jay Dick represented the tenant. Voit Real Estate Services’ Frank Geraci, Juan Gutierrez and Adam Geiger represented the landlord, Thrifty Oil Co.

The third-party logistics provider (3PL), which specializes in streamlining logistics, will be relocating from a 170,000-square-foot facility in Redlands, which they have significantly outgrown. The property, which is part of the Renaissance Rialto Business Park, will be used as a distribution center for West Coast stores for a leading European fashion brand offering clothing, shoes and accessories for all ages.

“We were able to attract a quality tenant due to the fact that Thrifty Oil Co. provided a state-of-the-art facility with features such as a 36-foot ceiling height, cross-dock configuration and a generous truck court that accommodates additional employee and truck parking, and immediate ingress and egress to the 210 Freeway,” said Gutierrez.
