3PL Takes 580K SF in Perris Logistics Center

Kenco Logistics Services, LLC, one of the largest woman-owned, third-party logistics companies in the U.S., signed a 579,708-square-foot lease in Perris, CA. The firm will be relocating to Perris Logistics Center, at 3900 Indian Ave.

This building is an expansion for Kenco, which operates numerous facilities in the greater Inland Empire region. The firm will occupy the entire building. Perris Logistics Center is a state-of-the-art distribution warehouse built in 2014. The building is located near the southeast corner of Ramona Expressway and Indian Avenue.

NKF’s Ron Washle and Mark Kegans represented the tenant. Colliers International’s Steve Bellitti and Thomas Taylor advised the landlord, Clarion Partners.
