Laconia Development reached a construction milestone on Spire, a 41-story luxury condominium project in Downtown Seattle. The development at 600 Wall St. in the vibrant Belltown neighborhood topped off and is scheduled for delivery in spring 2021.

Sales for the 342 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units are underway. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR), which is leading the effort, indicates many condominiums of varying sizes and styles are still available to buyers.

Laconia Development’s Paul Menzies says, “Reaching the topping off milestone is an incredible accomplishment for any high-rise, and so much more so given the challenges of the past several months.”

Pricing starts in the $600,000s and reaches above $3 million for the most luxurious penthouse units.
