Bosa Development has received unanimous approval from the city of San Diego to move forward on the city’s latest downtown high-rise project. The approved 45-story condominium building at Broadway and Pacific Highway includes nearly 300 residential units, more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space, and about 450 parking spots.
The approval allows construction to begin 15 to 18 months earlier than expected on what will be San Diego’s tallest tower. The nearly 500-foot tall building includes 62,000-square-foot floorplates, a public plaza and a widened walkway along Broadway.
The new project is envisioned as a companion to another Bosa tower, the 41-story Pacific Gate, under construction across the street.
