Tenants leased more than 50,000 square feet at 3 University Plaza in Hackensack, NJ in 2016. The office building still has space to fill, and its owners, Normandy Real Estate Partners, are marketing 56,000 square feet on it first and second floors.
Bergen’s Promise, a care management organization, took 16,263 square feet while Brainsway, an international, publicly traded medical device company, leased 2,380 square feet. Existing tenants Total Bank Solutions, Confident Care and TIAA extended their leases.
“Amenities include a full cafeteria, conference center and lobby attendant,” said William O’Keefe, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield. The building is also near dining and retail at the Shops at Riverside, along with Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
