$59.6M Revitalization Nears Completion at The Summit Rancho Bernardo

The Summit Rancho Bernardo office campus’ $59.6-million renovation is nearly complete. San Francisco-based Jay Paul Co. initiated the multi-phase capital improvement program in 2013 at the collection of single story buildings totaling 525,000 square feet in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

The 56.6-acre property, set high on a plateau at 16550 W. Bernardo Dr., underwent improvements to building exteriors and infrastructure systems, including new chiller yards and 20,000 square feet of existing building infill. Enhancements also included new landscaping, patio upgrades and 10,000 square feet of Brazilian hardwood decking.

Sunnyvale, CA-based Level 10 Construction is the general contractor. The Summit Rancho Bernardo is a 105-acre corporate campus that has up to 3.2 million square feet of development potential.
