McKnight Realty Partners secured refinancing in the amount of $58.6 million for its Park Central 3 & 4 office buildings in Dallas, TX. Mike Landon and Frank Piasta with CBRE originated and sourced the financing through Prime Finance and West River Capital.
Park Central 3 & 4 at 12700-12712 Park Central Dr., comprises 685,000 square feet. The property is 78% occupied by tenants including Corner Bakery, Triumph Bank, ALON USA, and Holmes and Murphy & Associates.
McKnight Realty will use the refinance proceeds to fund capital improvements and leasing costs for the property. Planned improvements will include extensive lobby renovations, exterior improvements and the addition of first-class amenities.
