Saint-Gobain HQ Campus Sells for $123 Million

Arzan Wealth and 90 North Real Estate Partners LLP have acquired the two-building, 65-acre Saint-Gobain North American headquarters campus in Malvern, PA.

The buyers paid $123 million to sellers E. Kahn Development Corp. Loew & Associates, and AEGON Realty Advisors LLC for the property at 18-20 Moores Rd. Brian Fiumara with CBRE, and Vesey Capital’s Jim Vesey represented the seller.

Saint-Gobain, the world’s largest building material company, and its North American construction materials subsidiary, CertainTeed Corp., relocated into 320,000 square feet in the campus late last year. This followed a building renovation and repositioning program by the sellers.

The property was previously AEGON Insurance Cos.’ corporate headquarters.
