Integra Realty Resources (IRR), a leading independent CRE market research, valuation, and counseling firm, released its annual Viewpoint 2016 trends report this week. Viewpoint reveals a host of expected positive impacts this year for commercial real estate rents, occupancy, and values due to increased job creation.
Additionally, IRR says global capital will flow into mature, developed European economies, yet the U.S. won’t be left off foreign capital investment allocations. IRR expects to see some abatement in capital inflows in 2016, which would be a welcome cooling to the feverish asset pricing of 2015.
IRR’s 26th edition of Viewpoint, entirely redesigned, also predicts that “home office wealth” will continue to migrate family money directly into U.S. real estate investment.
