Powerhouse Team Leaves CBRE for Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has reportedly welcomed a highly-regarded national portfolio planning team to its ranks. Sources say the four-person brokerage team of Raul Campos (pictured above), Ken Gilbert, Sharon Barrett and Olan Young joined Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE’s occupier services group.

The new team brings with it more than 80 years of major U.S. and international acquisition and dispositions experience, as well as large-scale real estate project execution. Companies for which they’ve handled complex assignments include Blue Shield of California, Gilead Sciences, Hewlett Packard, Barclays Bank, and the State of Texas.

“There are few teams in commercial real estate that can rival the work done by this group,” said Mike Kamm, Cushman & Wakefield’s Northwest Region Market Leader. Campos will be based in San Francisco, Gilbert in Dallas, and Barrett and Young in Colorado.
