Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of a nine-unit mixed-use building in the North Side’s Lincoln Square neighborhood, simultaneous with announcing the availability of another property in the neighborhood.

Located on the southeast corner of Foster and Lincoln avenues, 5151 N. Lincoln sold for $1,881,000, or $209,000 per unit. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale.

Also in Lincoln Square, AIA recently brought a mixed-use building at 2607 E. Lawrence to market.  The 12-unit building features eight renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments over four retail spaces, as well as a 12-car gated parking lot.  The asking price is $2,950,000, or $246,000 per unit.
