Aimbridge Hospitality shook hands with developer Cawley Partners to lease space in the latter’s HQ53 office development, at 5300 Headquarters Dr. in Plano, TX. The independent hotel management firm will move into 75,000 square feet, occupying the entire fourth floor and half of the third floor in the 200,000-square-foot building, which is set to break ground in September. Aimbridge currently operates from its headquarters at 5851 Legacy Circle, also in Plano.
“We are thrilled to have Aimbridge as a lead tenant for the HQ53 building. Considering the location and highly efficient floor plates, it’s a perfect fit for Aimbridge’s needs,” said Bill Cawley with Cawley Partners. Added Ambridge’s Dave Johnson: “We are excited to develop and execute our new hotel support center at HQ53. Our new center will be a great environment for our team members.”
HQ53 is expected to deliver to tenants in September 2020.
