Amazon has leased a new building at Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park in Frisco, the Dallas Morning News reported. The new Amazon fulfillment center will have 250,000 square feet of space, said Joe Hickman, general manager of the Jones family’s Blue Star Land real estate firm.

“We will have them hopefully in the building this fall,” Hickman told the Dallas Morning News.

In 2018, Blue Star Land bought the 200-acre-plus Frisco Park 25 project on Preston Road for almost $38 million, the newspaper reported. The industrial park was renamed Star Business Park.

A 400,000-square-foot Dallas Cowboys Merchandising Distribution and Sales Center is located in the park.

Earlier this year, Blue Star Land filed plans with Frisco for several additional buildings planned in the project. Lincoln Property Co. is partnering with Blue Star Land and marketing the buildings.
