American Landmark, RSE Claim 360-Unit Tampa Apartment Community

American Landmark Apartments and RSE Capital Partners has acquired Westly Shores Apartments, a 360-unit apartment community in Tampa. The sales price was not disclosed. The property was formerly Pricewaterhousecoopers’ corporate campus, and is now market-rate apartments.

Located nearby Tampa’s Westshore Business District, the community was built in 1999. As part of the acquisition, American Landmark will build a new $1-million clubhouse at the property.

Patrick Dufour and Ryan Crowley of NKF represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Additionally, Bill Weber and Matt Mense of NKF secured a Freddie Mac CME 10-year, fixed rate loan on behalf of American Landmark.
