New York-based Zamir Equities LLC acquired 1111 Superior Avenue, a 559,299-square-foot Class A office tower in Cleveland, OH from American Landmark Properties Corporation. The 28-story tower was renovated in 2014, and is one of only a handful of LEED Silver certified buildings in downtown Cleveland.

The asset is located at “Main and Main” in the epicenter of Cleveland’s central business district. The property is positioned along the city’s main thoroughfare through the CBD, and overlooks Lake Erie. Anchored by the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, 1111 Superior Avenue is 83.4% leased to a diverse tenant base, including Asurint and MetLife Services & Solutions.

HFF’s Jaime Fink, Jeffrey Bramson, John Merrill, Bryan Rosenberg and Patrick Shields marketed the property on behalf of the seller, and procured the buyer.
