Cushman & Wakefield has hired Amy Zhen as an executive director focusing on office leasing.

Zhen has more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate in Manhattan. Most recently she was an EVP at JLL, where she specialized in both tenant representation and agency leasing and was a top 10% national revenue generator every year from 2016 to 2019. Over the course of her career, Zhen has leased more than one million square feet of office and retail space in high profile leasing transactions in New York.
