Andy Wattula Joins Hudson Pacific in Pacific Northwest

Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. expanded its team in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of Andy Wattula, a Seattle-based real estate acquisition and development leader. He joins from Beacon Capital Partners, and will lead Hudson Pacific’s operations in the region.

Hudson Pacific’s Victor Coleman says, “Andy Wattula has worked in the Seattle real estate community for more than a decade and understands this dynamic market. Andy’s experience and leadership will play a key role as we continue to expand in the region.”

He will oversee the firm’s growing Northwest presence, where the company has seven properties totaling more than 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space in Seattle and the surrounding area.

Wattula ran Beacon Capital Partners’ asset management, operations, acquisitions and development in the Pacific Northwest. Previously, he was a Director with Seattle-based Hines, and served for seven years as a U.S. Naval Flight Officer.
