ApexOne Acquires Jacksonville MF Community for $35M

ApexOne Investment Partners acquired Landings at Lake Gray, a 300-unit luxury multifamily community in West Jacksonville. The sales price was reported as $34.6 million.

Located at 6500 Lake Gray Blvd., the property was built in 2005 and is located nearby retailers that include Costco, Publix, Best Buy, LA Fitness, Target and Walmart. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, playground, package service and pet care. The community consists of 96 one-bedroom, 148 two-bedroom and 56 three-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 732 to 1,213 square feet.

Shelton Granade, Joe Ayers and Cliff Taylor of CBRE represented the seller, American Landmark, in the transaction.
