Apple “Re-Carbonates” Former Pepsi Site

Cupertino-based Apple Inc. leased a nondescript, 1950’s-era industrial property in Sunnyvale. The former 96,000-square-foot Pepsi bottling plant sits on a 5-acre site located at 960 Kifer Rd.

The former Pepsi warehouse has been vacant since its lease expired in 2013.
