Progressive Real Estate Partners brokered the sale of a 15,105 square-foot multi-tenant shop building at Rancherias Plaza in Apple Valley, CA. Located at 20162 Highway 18 in Apple Valley, the property sold for $2.55 million.
Built in 1991, the 92%-occupied shop building is located at the primary entrance of Rancherias Plaza, which is anchored by CVS Pharmacy and 99 Cents Only stores. A diverse mix of seven internet-resistant food and service retailers occupy the shop building.
Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Greg Bedell and Chris Lindholm exclusively marketed the property and represented the unnamed seller, a private Los Angeles-based investor. The buyer was an undisclosed private San Diego-based investor.
