Aquila Commercial said Wednesday it’s marketing the MetCenter II portfolio in south Austin for lease on behalf of Mohr Capital. Located adjacent to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the portfolio includes MetCenter 3, a 160,000-square-foot industrial building, and MetCenter 12 through 15, four flex/office buildings that total 244,800 square feet.
Omar Nasser, Leigh Ellis, SIOR, and Bart Matheney will represent the property on behalf of Aquila. Mohr Capital announced its acquisition of MetCenter II last December.
Notable tenants at the project include Amazon, Arrive Logistics, Ascension, Texas Health and Human Services, and Uber.
