Arbor Town Square, a 33,086-square-foot retail and creative office asset in Austin, is on the market. CBRE Capital Markets David Thibodeaux and Logan Reichle of CBRE’s Austin office are marketing the asset for sale, on behalf of an undisclosed local private developer.
Arbor Town Square, at 10721 Research Boulevard in the Arboretum/Domain submarket, is 100% occupied by a range of tenants, including Orange Theory Fitness, Ashton Woods Homes, Juiceland and Firehouse Subs. The center is shadow-anchored by Costco, and adjacent to a new Holiday Inn Express.
CBRE’s Reichle says, “Arbor Town Square was developed in 2016, and benefits from an excellent mix of co-tenancy, a location in Austin’s premier retail submarket, and a high-sales volume Costco shadow-anchor.”
