Ariel Lists 10-Building Bronx Apartment Portfolio

Ariel Property Advisors has been retained to sell a collection of 10 mixed-use and multifamily properties located in Belmont, Highbridge, Foxhurst and the South Bronx. The collective asking price for the Bronx buildings, which are being offered as both packages and standalone assets, is $33.25 million.

The firm’s Jason M. Gold, Daniel Mahar, Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, Oliver Elihu and Jack Moran are representing the sellers of the properties.

Four of the 10 properties are in the Bronx’s Belmont neighborhood. Among them, they contain 82 apartments.

The largest of these is a package of 2483 and 2476 Cambreleng Ave., which totals 38 apartments across two buildings. The asking price for the package is $11 million.

Also included in the portfolio are 724 Elton Ave. and 467 E. 155th St. in the South Bronx, 993 Summit Ave. in Highbridge and a package of three multifamily walk-ups in Foxhurst.
