Australian Café Comes to Brooklyn Via Domino Sugar Redevelopment

Australian café Two Hands is coming to Brooklyn, and more specifically to the base of One South First, the newest building to rise at Two Trees Management’s Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment in Williamsburg. Two Hands will occupy approximately 1,050 square feet at the mixed-use property, slated to open this fall.

“We have always wanted to build a Two Hands location in Williamsburg; it’s such a strong and diverse community,” said Giles Russell and Henry Roberts, co-founders of Two Hands. “We’re excited we’ve found a great home for Two Hands on the lively corner of Grand Street and Kent Avenue, and in the Two Trees Domino development.”

Two Trees’ Bonnie Campbell and Bridget McCrum provided in-house representation on negotiations. Ripco Real Estate represented Two Hands. The café will feature a menu inspired by Australian culture, and will be part of the 150,000 square feet of commercial space at One South First.
