Badiee Development Plans Second Escondido Industrial Campus

La Jolla, CA-based Badiee Development plans to develop Escondido Innovation Park, an 86,010-square-foot industrial campus in Escondido, CA. The move follows up its recent plan to develop Escondido Victory Industrial Park, the city’s first industrial project in more than a decade on an adjacent site.

The 5.5-acre, three-building, multi-tenant Escondido Innovation Park project was designed by Smith Consulting Architects. Suites range in size from 2,810 to 9,700 square feet, and feature 26-foot clear height, grade-level and dock-high loading, mezzanine space, and outdoor common areas.

Badiee Development plans to break ground in Q1 2017 with an expected completion in Q3 2017.

Colliers International’s Tucker Hohenstein, Mike Erwin, and Conor Boyle are the listing brokers for Escondido Innovation Park. TFW Construction is the general contractor.
