Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group struck a deal with Bearden Investments to acquire Century Oaks Business Park, a six-building, 245,860-square-foot industrial park on the southwest side of the Houston metro. The transaction effectively ends the seller/developer’s long-term hold on the 19-acre asset.
Clay Peeples and Bo Pettit with Boyd Commercial LLC/CORFAC International represented the seller, which is headquartered in Sugar Land, TX. Exeter Property was advised by Rubicon Representation’s Daniel Miller and David Moore.
Century Oaks Business Park is on South Sam Houston Parkway, and consists of tilt-wall construction buildings. The park is adjacent to a FedEx distribution center, and close to the Stafford (TX) UPS Distribution Center.
