Arizona-based Strategic Office Partners (SOP) acquired Beaverton Creek V, a nearly 83,000-square-foot flex office property in Beaverton for $15.5 million. The seller was a group of investors affiliated with the Gloria Y Gee Living Trust.
Located at 2555 SW 153rd Dr. and 2715-2815 SW 153rd Dr., Beaverton Creek V is 100% leased to Fresenius Kidney Care and an unnamed athletic apparel company. The property is situated within Beaverton Creek Business Park, a master-planned campus on 54 acres in Portland’s Silicon Forest.
JLL’s Buzz Ellis, Adam Taylor and Logan Greer led the team that represented the seller.
Taylor says, “SOP’s acquisition marks a turning point in the Portland commercial real estate market, as it is one of only a few deals to be completed since the onset of COVID-19 in mid-March. The sale of Beaverton Creek V underscores a growing interest amongst buyers in suburban, flex office offerings during the pandemic.”
