Beaverton’s Homewood Suites Trades Hands

Homewood Suites by Hilton Hillsboro/Beaverton, a 123-suite, select-service hotel in Beaverton, has traded hands. BHG Hotels, a Pacific Northwest hotel owner, developer and operator, purchased the asset on 3.63 acres at 15525 NW Gateway Ct., 15 miles west of downtown Portland in the heart of Silicon Forest.

The property has one and two-bedroom suite-style guestrooms averaging 482 square feet. The four-story, wood-frame hotel features two meeting rooms, a complimentary hot breakfast and evening social event, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center and Pavilion Pantry Market.

JLL’s Scott Hall, Aaron Lapping, Blake Malecha and Nick Kassab marketed the property on behalf of an undisclosed institutional seller. Working on behalf of the new owner, JLL’s Casey Davidson and Lapping placed the 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan with Coral Gables, FL-based American Real Estate Capital.
