Central Pointe, a garden-style multifamily property in Boise, has traded hands. The seller was Colorado-based Monarch Investment and Management Group, and the buyer was an undisclosed entity.

Located at 1334 N Liberty St., Central Pointe features one, two and three-bedroom floor plans with spacious closets and private balconies and patios. Community amenities include a fitness center, a pool, a playground, a clubhouse, a sundeck, laundry facilities, covered parking, an outdoor area with grilling stations and a dog park.

Berkadia’s Kenny Dudunakis, David Sorensen, Ben Johnson, Alex Blagojevich and Michael Sullivan represented the seller.

Johnson says, “Central Pointe provided rare opportunity in the Boise market to create scale. As a team we were fortunate to have the chance to work with great buyers, sellers and the local brokerage community.”
