The tenant will use its space at the Phillipsburg, NJ project for the storage and distribution of White Claw beverages.

Mark Anthony Brewing was represented by Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago. Bridge was advised jointly by CBRE’s Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey offices.

Construction on Phase II of Bridge Point 78 will begin in summer 2020 and will encompass 1.65 million square feet across two buildings.
