Seattle-based Kidder Mathews appointed Bill Frame as the firm’s President, who will head up 17 offices across five states on the West Coast. The move follows the firm’s strategy to remain independent, versus becoming a public company. Jeff Lyon will remain as the Chairman and CEO.
Frame has more than 25 years of CRE experience. He got his start with Cushman & Wakefield in 1990, and has been with Kidder Mathews since 1993. For the last 18 years, Frame has served on Kidder Mathews’ board of directors, and was also managing partner for 16 years.
“As we plan for our growth and leadership going forward, we feel confident in Bill’s ability to add tremendous value and guidance to the firm,” Lyon said.
In the past 18 months, Kidder Mathews has expanded its West Coast presence by adding eight offices in California, Nevada and Arizona. The firm has plans to continue expanding in Los Angeles within the next year.
