San Rafael, CA-based Wareham Development executed a lease at the newly-constructed 265,000-square-foot EmeryStation West laboratory/office/transit project at its EmeryStation research campus in Emeryville, CA. Profusa, Inc., which will be relocating from South San Francisco, has taken roughly 18,000 square feet over a 10-year term.

The developer of a new generation of biointegrated sensors will occupy half of the fourth floor of the building with a planned move-in late Q1 2019.

Wareham Development’s Geoffrey B. Sears says, “Profusa is doing exciting work to revolutionize the management and utilization of personalized healthcare data, and is an important addition to our East Shore research cluster.”

Profusa was represented by Cresa’s Frank Palestini and Scott Stone. Wareham Development was represented by Kidder Mathews’ Timothy Mason, James Bennett and Eric Bluestein.

Connect Healthcare is slated for October 29 and 30 at The Resort at Pelican Hill. Follow this link for more information and to register for the conference.
