Birtcher Development LLC is a fifth generation, family industrial real estate company founded in 1939 that has developed more than 260 projects valued at $7 billion. Birtcher is currently actively developing speculative “big box” logistics warehouse facilities ranging from 100,000 to 1.5 million square feet across the U.S.
CEO Brandon R. Birtcher (pictured above) is set to join a can’t miss panel of CRE legends who will examine “The Future of the Inland Empire” tomorrow at Connect Inland Empire 2019. The panel also includes CBRE’s Darla Longo; The Lewis Group of Companies’ Randall Lewis; Prologis’ Kim Snyder; and moderator Terry Thompson of the County of San Bernardino.
The event features a rare keynote conversation with Majestic Realty Co.’s Edward P. Roski, Jr. Other scheduled panels include one titled, “Economic Development: Attracting and Retaining Businesses and Residents,” and another titled, “Industrial Development, Leasing, and Investment Sales.”
The conference is being held at the Ontario Convention Center and registration starts at 1 p.m.
