Bixby Expands Seattle-Area Footprint with 206K-SF Industrial Buy

Bixby Land Co. further solidified its Seattle presence through acquisition of the 206,463-square-foot Steele Building. Panattoni Development Co. sold the warehouse and distribution property to the Newport Beach, CA buyer for $24 million.

Located at 1565 Fryer Ave. in Sumner, WA, the asset was completed in early 2016, and is 100% occupied by Dometic Corp. and Marine View Beverage. “Bixby Land is firmly committed to expanding its footprint in the Seattle market,” said Mike Severson, senior vice president of investments at Bixby Land Company. “This is our third industrial acquisition in the last six months in Seattle, and we are looking to add to our investment portfolio there.”
