New York-based Blackstone Group LP has purchased 16 buildings and 11 land parcels at Pacific Coast Business Park in Oceanside, for approximately $13.5 million from an affiliate of Prologis Inc. The 120-acre master-planned project is under development, and will eventually include 1.5-million square feet of office and industrial space.
The acquisition included seven vacant land parcels totaling approximately three acres on Rocky Point Dr., and four vacant parcels totaling approximately 22 acres on Avenida Del Oro. Five fully occupied warehouse buildings, totaling 111,573 square feet on Rocky Point Dr,. were also part of the deal.
The seller, Prologis, was represented by Colliers International’s Chuck McNary, Joe Crotty and Josh McFayden.
